Quick answer: If you're looking for help with a SaunaLogic 2 (SL2) sauna controller or its mobile app, that product is made by Amerec, a commercial sauna equipment manufacturer. This website. SaunaLogic.com, is an independent sauna review site and is not affiliated with Amerec and did not make your controller. For official SL2 manuals, wiring guides, and app support, go to the manufacturer's website at amerec.com or contact the dealer who installed your sauna.
Why you landed here
Amerec's control system and our review site share a similar name. We used to host a few articles about the SL2 controller; we've consolidated them into this page to avoid confusion.
Where to get real SaunaLogic 2 support
- Manuals & wiring: the official Amerec site (amerec.com) publishes SL2 installation and user manuals, including wiring diagrams for their heaters.
- App pairing / Wi-Fi issues: the SL2 app requires a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. If pairing fails, confirm your phone is on the same 2.4 GHz network (not 5 GHz), power-cycle the controller, and re-run setup from the app. Persistent issues are best handled by Amerec support or your installing dealer, who can check the control board directly.
- Replacement parts: SL2 controllers and sensors are sold through Amerec dealers, not through this site.
What we actually do
